Friendship

"A friend is someone, who upon seeing another friend in immense pain, would rather be the one experiencing the pain than to have to watch their friend suffer." - Amanda Grier

The meaning of this quote holds such a special place in my heart because I can say I have truly felt this way over a friend, over many friends to be exact.
Like in my last blog I mentioned that I've faced some hardships in the past month, that have truly tested this quote I've lost some friends and gained a very best friend, someone who has listened and been there for me at my worst and I appreciate and I love Kaitlin more than she knows.
I've also lost a few friends with whom I shared some immensely happy times with and some that were not so great. I've learned the meaning of support and how it can be shared through a group of friends between one another and around and back all over again.
It does nothing to make me smile to see these kinds of things happen.
I've recently been diagnosed with Ovarian Cancer and what a struggle that has been, the support that I have received has been thoroughly encouraging and I really can't thank everyone enough for the kind words and prayers that I have gotten I truly feel the outpouring of love and support and encouragement I just wanted to thank you all whoever is reading this.
And to let you know that your thoughts and prayers really mean do mean the world to me and I appreciate every single one of you. <3

  1. AWWHH <3 I loves you baby girl. You know I love you and I ALWAYS have your back through thick and thin. We'll get through this, even if I have to leave basic to be by your side while your fighting this I WILL. You will be the reason behind my motivation and the reason behind my strength because you have SO much of it. Keep your heart strong and golden. Because your far too beautiful to let it be anything but that. We'll kick this cancer in the ass together. Cause you know, if I could. I would take your cancer for myself if I could.
